Researching across US, Canada, United Kingdom & Ireland platform users, we attributed RAFT basics to each user type and aligned them with existing roles within Salesforce.

Relate Actions to Software Map

Categorized by sales swimlanes, and grouped by function, actions for each user across multiple regions were identified in full and scaled to each persona.

Relate Software to Business Process

Each accompanying persona that aligned with a global business process, (such as product planning), would then be related back to their persona type; offering new insight to context and outcomes from each digital improvement delivered to the field users.
