The execution plan lays out the timeline for the life of a project, with intervals and checkpoints across the phases.
-
Discover, Explore, Test and Listen. These phases relate to the overall course of action taken to hit a milestone or deliver an artifact. For example; inside the listen phase, one might incorporate MVP feedback to improve the final deliverable.
-
Each breakdown phase can include various milestones of size and weight. These are touchpoints or mile markers towards the end goal laid out in the execution plan.
